I invited Stef to lead a working holiday on St Kilda, the UK’s only mixed World Heritage Site.  We ask a lot of our Work Party leaders, they have to balance the needs of the group with the work programme, ensuring that everyone has a good time but also that the work is done to the high conservation standard we require and everyone is safe and happy.  Stef managed this delicate balance, she  is an excellent communicator and I was confident that the group was in safe hands, the feedback from the guests rated Stef Outstanding and offered the following comments:

• Stef is a great guide and took us on walks. I always felt safe and supported by her.
• Excellent leader, liked the relaxed style, I think this got the best from the team.
• Stef did a brilliant job. We got all of our work done and we also had time to explore. She has a great personality and even temperament which is much appreciated.
