Stef spent the day with us up in Tomintoul to deliver a workshop on Customer Relationship Skills. It was attended by some local business owners, Discovery Centre staff and local volunteers . She was very welcoming from the outset, her friendly and engaging demure put the participants at ease and made what could have been a slightly dry subject enjoyable and informative.  Some of the comments left by the participants were:
